DevLearn 2013 grows by 25% to become the e-Learning industry's leading annual event.

With every measure of the event growing, it has now truly become the world’s leading showcase for the latest and greatest in learning technologies and strategies.

The eLearning Guild announced today that the annual DevLearn Conference & Expo is slated to kick off on October 23rd at the Aria Resort & Conference Center in Las Vegas, NV having grown this year by 25% to become the leading e-Learning event in the world. This year, DevLearn will be host to 2,200+ attendees, and its exposition will be a showcase for 108 leading suppliers of e-Learning tools, technologies, products, and services.

“We couldn’t be more pleased with the growth of the event this year,” said eLearning Guild President & CEO David Holcombe. “With every measure of the event growing, it has now truly become the world’s leading showcase for the latest and greatest in learning technologies and strategies.”

The conference will feature more than 180 distinct learning opportunities including 4 keynote presentations, 6 featured speakers, 20 one-day workshops, 112 concurrent sessions, and 39 expo learning stage sessions. Keynote presenters include Jeremy Gutsche of Trendhunter, Ian Bogost of Persuasive Games, Eli Pariser of Upworthy, and Jason Lauritsen & Joe Gerstandt of Talent Anarchy. Expo learning stages are focused this year on emerging technologies, mobile learning, and e-Learning tools.

In addition to the comprehensive program of learning opportunities, DevLearn also hosts the annual e-Learning DemoFest where this year, there will be 81 live demos of real-world e-Learning courses and solutions presented by conference participants. This is truly the largest collection of live e-Learning demo’s anywhere.

Co-located with DevLearn again this year is the Adobe Learning Summit which offers its 300+ attendees an outstanding opportunity to explore various learning development and delivery strategies that leverage the power of Adobe tools and technologies such as Adobe Captivate 7, Adobe Presenter 9, Adobe Connect for eLearning, and Adobe’s eLearning Suite 6.1.
