Century Negotiations Revamps Brand With Responsive Website, Fresh Branding, and Informational Videos

Century Negotiations, Inc. (CNI) was founded by Dave Leuthold in 2003 to specialize in debt settlement and negotiation services, and since then has negotiated over $600 million dollars of debt for their clients. This past summer, CNI successfully completed rebranding, a site-relaunch, and will be rolling out a series of free informational videos for consumers.

After controversy in 2010 surrounding the ban of the “advanced-fee” model, most debt settlement companies either stopped taking new clients or went out of business completely. CNI saw this as an opportunity to further cement their name as the consumer’s choice in the debt settlement industry by relaunching their brand image.

For this reason and more, CNI sought out a full revamp of not just their branding, but also their company web presence. On the old version of the site, CNI hosted a series of browns, yellows, and other skin-toned hues.

The new site represents a full 180-degree shift. Gone are the browns and in are the blues - representing a fresh, cool, and confident brand. The site also features a blog, as well as upcoming free content to help address many of the prospective client’s issues before they call CNI.

“It’s all about trust,” explains Dave Leuthold, founder of CNI. “We aren’t the only debt settlement company out there, so if we can provide helpful, free educational material that will ease the mind and build the trust for our potential clients, then we are going to do that.”

The centerpiece for the new CNI brand will be free value-added content available to all consumers to help them make an educated decision. For Dave, “it’s important that consumers are properly informed about how settlement can help them improve on their financial situation. There’s a lot of misinformation out there, so one of our goals is to continue to be a trusted source of knowledge for people who are in debt.”

Over the next few months, CNI will be developing a comprehensive YouTube channel, as well as other content. This release of free information will add value to the online community seeking debt help. In their most recent release, CNI developed an infographic based off of an AFCC report from earlier this year recapping how settlement compares to other choices.

Based just outside of Pittsburgh, PA, CNI is servicing over 13,000 clients with over 80,000 accounts representing over $300 million of debt.
