The Republic Family of Companies Selects L. Young Consulting for New San Jose Development

Young Consulting, in conjunction with parent company, MultifamilyZone, LLC., has been selected by the Republic Family of Companies (“Republic”) to develop a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy for Meridian at Midtown, the newest addition to their multifamily development portfolio. Under this contract, L. Young Consulting will develop, design and implement an extensive marketing and communications plan that includes overall branding, identity and collateral development, advertising and website design.
The Republic Family of Companies encompasses several entities, including Republic Land Development LLC, Republic Properties Corporation and Republic Urban Properties LLC. Republic Urban Properties LLC is a privately owned, full-service, real estate investment, management and development firm located in San Jose, California. The new development, Meridian at Midtown, is a mixed-use development comprised of 218 luxury apartment units and 15,000 square feet of retail space. It is located on three acres in San Jose’s vibrant “Midtown” district.
