Jessica Johnson joins Hammerhouse with more than eight years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Working as a Realtor as well as a Headhunter in the mortgage industry with a national mortgage banker, Mrs. Johnson supported the expansion for wholesale and correspondent production nationally. Mrs. Johnson is passionate about creating value for relationships and providing a consultative process to identify the best possible solution. Mrs. Johnson will be based in Hammerhouse’s Mission Viejo, California office and will work directly with Managing Partner, Eric Petersen to help support clients throughout the Western U.S.
Ryan Grigsby, Strategic Growth Partner
Ryan Grigsby comes to Hammerhouse with seven years of agency and corporate headhunting experience. During that time he supported mortgage sales and loan officer recruiting with a national mortgage banker. Mr. Grigsby has worked in markets nationally, with most of his time in the Western US and Mid-Atlantic regions. Mr. Grigsby understands how to be objective and consultative throughout the Model-Matching process and has developed many relationships over the years with top leaders and producers in the industry.
