Todd English Presents the Savory and Innovative Menu of Bluezoo at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort’s Fourth Annual Food & Wine Classic
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) October 16, 2013 -- Todd English joins local chefs and foodies for a weekend of tasty indulgences and lively educational seminars during the two-night, outdoor, evening festival taking place Friday and Saturday, October 18-19. English will present dishes from his popular, AAA four-diamond Bluezoo, one of the signature restaurants of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.The event will include live entertainment, wine stations and informative seminars created especially for dedicated food connoisseurs.
Friday night will be an opportunity for visitors to meet and chat with the star chef and entrepreneur who is also the author of several best-selling cookbooks including his latest, Cooking in Everyday English: The ABCs of Great Flavor at Home.
“The Food & Wine Classic at the Swan and Dolphin is one of my favorite festivals,” says Todd English. “It’s a very intimate affair where we get to interact closely with true food lovers and fans. I think it’s great that for the past four years, Disney and the Swan and Dolphin have been able to put so much effort into an event that both educates and entertains people who are passionate about food and culinary experiences. English’s Bluezoo will be presenting a dish on each day of the festival. Friday’s entree is “Short Ribs Oscar” with Braised Beef, Short Ribs, Maryland Blue Crab, Asparagus and Isi Hollandaise. On Saturday, attendees will have a chance to try the Pan-Seared Shrimp and Grits with Pickled Okra and Organic Tomatoes.
The Fourth Annual Food & Wine Classic takes place Friday and Saturday, October 18-19 at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel, 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd.

Todd English will be available for a meet and greet on Friday. Visitors can enjoy a day or an entire weekend of the festival where they will be able to take in a variety of offerings from more than 40 food and beverage stations. There will also be an extensive selection of international wines on display for sipping and sampling. Each day of the festival will be various one-hour seminars teaching participants everything from the art of making pasta to the basics of beer-making.
Advance purchase tickets are $85 including taxes and unlimited food and beverage samples. One and two-night packages are available starting at $300 per night. Seminars start at 4:30 p.m. Beverage seminars are $45 per person, per class including taxes. Pasta seminar is $60 per person including taxes.
