This weekend is the last chance to tour the 17 Heritage homes in the 48th Annual Wake County Parade of Homes. Over the last two weekends, nearly 4,300 people have visited the Heritage entries, which range in price from $244,000 to $600,000 and include some of the latest trends in homebuilding and décor.

With the current real estate market upswing and recent sales boom at the master-planned golf community in Wake Forest and Rolesville, Heritage Parade homes are selling quickly. Ten of the 17 entries are already sold.

“This has been an exciting Parade year for us,” says Andy Ammons, president of Ammons Development Group, Heritage developer. “Our builder team has produced a list of amazing homes that clearly represent the best of the best in new home trends. With the most homes on Parade in any one community, Heritage is a prime stop to experience the new home market in Wake County.”

Eleven builders are showcasing a variety of floor plans – many of which on are display in a collection of four new neighborhoods in the Rolesville section of the community. All 17 homes will be open for tours during the last Parade of Homes weekend, October 18 – 21.
