Additional research highlights the importance of librarians in supporting students. A study in Pennsylvania shows that K-12 students in schools with full-time librarians are nearly three times as likely to have advanced writing scores as students without full-time support. College students also indicated that the ideal library solution combines high-tech and one-on-one interactions with librarians and school faculty.
