Industry Leaders to Meet in Dallas to Discuss U.S. Global Competitiveness & National Security at America’s Future Series’ Round Table & 5 Star Award Ceremony
Frisco, TX (PRWEB) October 18, 2013 -- November 13, America's Future Series and foremost industry leaders will gather at the DoubleTree Hotel in Dallas for a round table discussion addressing the subject of U.S. Global Competitiveness and National Security. America's Future Series seeks to keep the United States of America globally competitive by fostering collaboration and communication between the business sector, government, our military and academia.
Hosted by legendary oil entrepreneur T. Boone Pickens and moderated by the Dallas Business Journals’ Traci Merzi, the round table discussion will highlight the perspectives and opinions of Fluor CEO David Seaton, USAA Chairman General Joe Robles and 7-11 CEO Joe De Pinto on topics ranging from US energy independence, to dealing with cultural differences within an international corporation, to the value that military veterans bring to a company.
The beneficiaries of this event will be T. Boone Pickens Military Mentors Program established by Big Brothers Big Sisters (http://www.bbbstx.org) and Association of the United States Army North Texas Chapter (http://www.ausa.org).
The America's Future Series takes great pride in organizing this event during the week of Veterans Day to honor the service to our country by our military veterans and to acknowledge the extraordinary support to our veterans by provided by Fluor, USAA and 7-11.

In addition to the round table participants and the awards recipients, other featured guests in attendance include Admiral Patrick Walsh, Clint Bruce, George P. Bush, Senator Ken Paxton, Lt. Colonel (ret) James “Maggie” Megellas and Jesus Delgado Jenkins.
A 5 Star Award Ceremony will honor the panel following the round table discussion. Special guests, honorees and professionals will have the opportunity to interact and build relationships with the hosts, speakers and other professionals.
