Quality Service Tradition Grows, Continues with Burkett and Ruff

Businessolver builds upon its tradition of quality service by hiring Gigi Burkett and Heather Ruff.

Building on a culture of timely, accurate and quality customer service, Businessolver, a leading benefits administration outsourcing partner for mid and large markets, has added Gigi Burkett as their new Service Center Manager and Heather Ruff as Operations Manager, Participant Services.

Previously Burkett managed thirty Benefits Administration/Payroll Service Center Client relationships with the service center at ADP. Prior to the Service Delivery Manager role, she was Operations Manager in the Service Center managing Leave Administration/COBRA, and Health and Welfare books of business at ADP.

Before joining Businessolver, Ruff spent eight years at ADP. Most recently, she held the role of Operations Manager with a team based in Des Moines, IA and Hyderbad, India specializing in providing COBRA/DB/HIPAA, Qualified Medical Child Support Orders, Evidence of Insurability, Condolence, Dependent Verification, and other systematic reports to clients within a 150 client book of business. Ruff has an extensive background in compliance, with focus areas in COBRA and QMCSOs.
