4SIGHT Propels Mercury Marine Through Warehouse Management System Selection

Mercury Marine asked 4SIGHT to analyze its current distribution operations, provide recommendations for a short list of vendors, and to guide the detailed evaluation process. 4SIGHT leveraged its rigorous 9-Step WMS Evaluation Selection Methodology to assist Mercury Marine throughout the process. With the system selection complete, Mercury Marine has retained 4SIGHT’s services to provide solution design and implementation support.
