Krono Partners Plc ("Krono" or "Company") is bound for Copenhagen to attend a series of foreclosure auctions.

Krono is bound for Copenhagen to attend a series of foreclosure auctions. With the aid of local real estate contacts, Krono has the opportunity to acquire apartments in prime locations at prices significantly less to real market value, where renovation costs along with buyer interest can be predetermined.

Krono has closely followed and analysed the results of previous auctions in Copenhagen. Two of the Company’s professional contacts have purchased apartments in the city through this process and have both renovated and sold with a 30-40% ROI in less than three months. Krono Management believes these returns can be emulated, provided the correct opportunity arises.

Continued success with the Company’s most recently publicised investment in Prague has paved the way for an additional avenue of focus: Micro Loan Financing. Krono will provide this to property developers and selected private companies looking for immediate cash injections.

This will be executed in the form of loan notes and will be managed in cooperation with local JV partners.

By lending out smaller amounts to many different entities, exposure is mitigated to ensure overall performance is maximised.

To date, Krono has issued several loans and from November 1st 2013, the monthly performance on the micro loans will be announced.
