HealthNavigator, the weekly health and wellness radio show on WOR710, will air at 10PM this Sunday, October 20. Hosted by Abe Kasbo and sponsored by Raritan Bay Medical Center, the hour-long episode will feature Dr. Ayotunde Adeyeri, Dr. Harold McKenna and Melissa d'Arabian.

Dr. Ayotunde Adeyeri, Medical Director of the Institute for Weight Loss at Raritan Bay Medical Center, will be explaining all of the different types of weight loss surgeries that are available, as well as how to determine if surgery is right for a patient. Dr. Adeyeri will also discuss what recovery is like for patients.

Dr. Harold McKenna, Internist, will provide some practical, realistic advice for people to follow regarding diet and exercise. He will explain the importance of the role that the primary care physician plays in a patients' overall health and how to develop good working relationships with your doctors. The interview will also include discussion about the challenges that the elderly face in getting the care they need.

Melissa d'Arabian, Food Network personality, author and mom, will be talking about "The Picky Eaters Project," a web series on foodnetwork.com that offers real-life ways to help children develop more adventurous palates and create a healthy lifestyle for the entire family. Melissa will talk about the purpose of this project and why she decided to get her whole family involved. She will also discuss some simple strategies about helping kids try new foods and making mealtimes less stressful and more fun.
