Bluelounge Pte. Ltd., an award-winning, international design studio recognized for its clever products that solve everyday problems through innovation, today announced that it has successfully resolved the patent infringement suit filed in federal court in the Central District of California against Kazi Ahsanul Habib d/b/a usgiftgiant.com, namely, Bluelounge Pte. Ltd. v. Kazi Ahsanul Habib d/b/a usgiftgiant.com, Case No. 5:13-cv-01537-JAK (DTBx) (C.D. Cal.). The complaint alleges that Us Gift Giant’s “Wall Dock” product infringes United States Patent D649,932 entitled “Electrical Device Charger.”
