A' Award and Competitions are pleased to share that the project Jansen Campus by Davide Macullo Architects has been acknowledged with the famed Silver A' Design Award at Architecture, Building and Structure Design Competition among thousands of submissions.
Regarding Jansen Campus
The building is a striking new addition to the skyline, linking the industrial area and the old town and takes its triangular forms from the traditional pitched roofs of Oberriet. The project integrates innovative technologies, includes new details and materials and meets strict Swiss ‘Minergie’ sustainable building standards. The facade is clad in a dark pre-patinated perforated Rheinzink mesh that evokes the density of the tones of the wooden buildings of the surrounding area. Customized work spaces are open plan and the geometry of the building slices out views to the Rheintal.
