Antetype Community for User Interface Designer: Share and Get Inspired
Saarbruecken, Germany (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- The new Antetype Community Platform (cotype.anteype.com) offers the perfect platform for the exchange of interactive user interface (UI) designs.
Community members can easily present their UI designs of websites, mobile apps or desktop applications by sharing Antetype files or screen shots. There are also a wide range of UI designs and widget examples from other UI designers, which can serve as great source of inspiration for new, innovative user interfaces.
Members can like the designs of others and thus collect their favourite designs as a source of inspiration. Comments and feedback can be posted to exchange the best tips and tricks when creating UI designs with Antetype. RSS and Twitter feeds ensure to keep every member up to date.
The Antetype Community will be extended with new features over the coming year. So in the future members will benefit from the possibility to share content privately. There will be the opportunity to automatically generate an interactive web prototype while uploading Antetype files. This will be used to improve collaboration between UI designers and other participants (such as developers, consultants or manager) during the whole software design and development process.
Antetype is created by UI designers for UI designers and features a radically new approach: it understands the whole interface, not only pixels. This facilitates UI design adaptions and makes user interface design way more efficient. For example single UI elements are adjusted automatically, making the UI “fluid“ and “responsive“ – so that the UI adapts to different screen sizes and devices automatically.
Antetype is a product of German UX design agency Ergosign Technologies which is headquartered in Saarbruecken, Germany with subsidiaries in Hamburg, Munich and Zurich, Switzerland. Ergosign designs and develops user interfaces for office-, industry- and medical applications as well as mobile devices and consumer products. Founded in 2000, Ergosign was a pioneer in user centred design. Today, Ergosign is one of Europe’s leading service providers in UI design. To optimise the workflow within complex projects and to enhance productivity, Ergosign developed the tailored UI design software Antetype – by designers for designers.
