This partnership simply adds more value to our existing and future customers.
De Pere Wisconsin (PRWEB) October 22, 2013
The partnership with Navistar uses diagnostics data collected by CyntrX to create vehicle health reports - leading to quicker repairs, controlled maintenance and repair costs, and ultimately increased up-time.
Navistar’s OnCommand Connection helps fleet managers de-code fault data to understand the level of severity of the issue and determine the appropriate actions. Today, a large number of fault codes exist due to EPA regulations and OBD compliance and that creates complexity for the driver and fleet manager. This OBD data is collected by CyntrX equipment and synchronized with Navistar OnCommand services to simplify the customer experience.
“This partnership simply adds more value to our existing and future customers. Having an extensive background and customer base in heavy duty Telematics, our customers can enjoy the OnCommand service with existing CyntrX equipment, start reacting more quickly to maintenance and repair issues and help keep their fleets on the road,” said Greg Taisto, CyntrX President and CEO.
