CyntrX Expands Telematics Offering with Navistar OnCommand Remote Diagnostic Partnership

CyntrX announced today a strategic partnership with Navistar's OnCommand Web Service. With this proprietary portal, customers can more efficiently manage their fleets through an integrated vehicle service monitoring system that connects fleets, dealers, Navistar’s Technical Service and OnCommand Repair Advocate™.

The partnership with Navistar uses diagnostics data collected by CyntrX to create vehicle health reports - leading to quicker repairs, controlled maintenance and repair costs, and ultimately increased up-time.

Navistar’s OnCommand Connection helps fleet managers de-code fault data to understand the level of severity of the issue and determine the appropriate actions. Today, a large number of fault codes exist due to EPA regulations and OBD compliance and that creates complexity for the driver and fleet manager. This OBD data is collected by CyntrX equipment and synchronized with Navistar OnCommand services to simplify the customer experience.
