On, web visitors can learn—in just five steps—what coverage is provided from the government’s Affordable Care Act plan and what is available from private insurance agencies. The site also captures visitor data so that Healthcare Solutions Team can follow up with potential customers.

That information is then saved to a database and immediately synced with Healthcare Solutions Team’s CRM program, which distributes the leads to the appropriate state agent navigators.
