Inflow Communications, an award-winning provider of ShoreTel® unified communications in Portland, Seattle and the Bay Area, has announced a new merger with NW telecommunications company Emerge Communications Northwest.

The new partnership is expected to benefit both Inflow and Emerge customers and employees, increasing their capabilities to ensure all business communications technologies are supported and access to premise and hosted unified communications and VoIP phone systems are available to a broader range of businesses in the Pacific Northwest.

“Inflow got our start in Portland, and we continue to view this area as the flagship of our organization,” says Inflow Communications President Travis Dillard. “The merger with Emerge opens new opportunities for both companies, allowing us to present greater options for businesses throughout the region.”

Following the merger, the two companies will operate under the Inflow Communications moniker, offering Inflow’s signature unified communications and video conferencing technologies from providers like ShoreTel® and industry partners Blue Jeans Network, AdTran, Brocade, Vidyo® and more, while adding new business phone system service and support for all leading phone system manufacturers including Avaya, Comdial®, Vertical, Samsung, NEC and Nortel.

“Emerge Communications Northwest has provided the highest level of service in the area for many years, and their team of expert technicians is an excellent fit with the Inflow family,” says Dillard. “We are very excited for the new partnership, and looking forward to a relationship that adds value to both our organizations.”

Emerge Communications Northwest owner Jodi Simmons is also looking forward to the new partnership:

“The opportunity to merge with Inflow Communications is something we excited and honored to do,” says Simmons. “They are well respected in the telecommunications industry, dedicated to the excellent customer experience, and have the benefit of having already expanded into other geographical areas.
