We believe we are a one-stop shop for our motorhome and RV customers and have worked hard to demonstrate this with our state-of-the art show room and service centre.
Telford, Shropshire (PRWEB UK) 24 October 2013
Shropshire based motorhome company Travelworld Motorhomes has raised the bar in motorhome websites with its latest digital offering.
The site’s recent transformation came as a result of listening to customers’ feedback and realising the user experience online was just as important as the one in the company’s show room.
Ross Edwards, Managing Director at Travelworld Motorhomes, said, “We believe we are a one-stop shop for our motorhome and RV customers and have worked hard to demonstrate this with our state-of-the art show room and service centre. Our new site has been devised to emulate the showroom experience as well as give our customers all the extras.”
Features of the New Motorhomes Site
The site is brimming with useful features and tools where web users can keep abreast of the ever-changing, dynamic world of motorhomes.
The resource centre provides the latest industry news, news on top end brands like Niesmann and Bischoff or Hymer, information about up and coming motorhome shows and exhibitions. Latest deals and special offers can also be sent by email for those choosing to join the new Club Travelworld.
There is a more user-friendly interface, appearance and navigation system present on the site, meaning that visitors can surf through the site easily and instinctively.
For those looking to buy new or used motorhomes, there is a search bar which offers a simple search process, supplying numerous options in terms of brand, price and size. Each motorhome has numerous photos so that customers can see as closely as possible what each one has to offer.
Ross said, “Buying a motorhome is largely a visual experience, so being able to offer that online and to the highest quality, was a key element in our site restructure. We want to make site visits as tangible an experience as possible.
Over the last 30 years since it began, Travelworld Motorhomes has grown alongside all the motorhomes it sells, services and provides parts and accessories for.
Ross says, “In the same way as you might introduce a new motorhome model or a new range, Travelword also wanted to demonstrate to customers that we too offer high-end customer experiences and like the motorhomes we work with, we are always looking at ways to improve and be the best in Class.”
