The American Med Spa Association (AmSpa) http://www.americanmedspa.org, in partnership with the Wisconsin law firm Hall Render http://www.hallrender.com, will host a workshop for medical spas, laser facilities and aesthetic medical professionals on December 6th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The workshop will provide up-to-date information on Wisconsin’s laser and medical spa regulations, insight from successful med spa owners on building a successful practice, and cutting edge information on marketing and branding a medical spa or aesthetic practice.
One highlight of the workshop will be a roundtable of successful med spa owners entitled “The Secrets of My Success.” This exclusive session will allow attendees to hear from some of the most successful med spa and laser center owners in the Midwest on exactly how they built their business.
“We are thrilled to be hosting this event with our partners at Hall Render,” said Alex Thiersch, Founder and Director of AmSpa. “These industry-focused educational events are genuinely needed, both to educate professionals on the legal landscape and to share tips on how to be successful.”
AmSpa, a National Association of med spas and medical aesthetic industry professionals, has presented legal and regulatory updates at numerous workshops across the country. “There is a vast need for information on what medical spas can and cannot do,” said Thiersch. “The reception we have received has been overwhelming, and we have plans for several more state-based workshops in 2014.”
Hall Render, one of the Midwest’s premier health care law firms, will not only host the event, but will also provide updates on the laws governing medical spas and laser centers, a topic that is of great interest to the med spa community. Hall Render will also provide a presentation on how to trademark a medical spa’s brand.
The main goal of the program, according to Thiersch, is to help med spa owners and prospective owners maximize their profits. “We’ve created the most dynamic program available for medical spas,” Thiersch said. “Attendees will hear from some of the most successful med spa owners around on how they built their practice from the ground up.”
The cost for attending the workshop is $225. Amspa members receive a discount of $50.
