CONASYS, developers of a cloud-based technology designed to enhance the homeowner care and communication initiatives for the new home construction industry, are pleased to announce that they have partnered with the Holborn Group to deliver an industry-leading homeowner care platform for the iconic new Trump International Hotel and Tower Vancouver.

The $360m Arthur Erikson designed project will have an aesthetic as unique as its incredible list of amenities. Not only will residents will have access to both a chauffeur driven Rolls Royce Ghost and a Learjet provided by London Air Services, the tower will also be home to Vancouver’s first pool bar nightclub, and the only Mar-a-Lago boutique spa to appear outside of the Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach Florida. To complement this breathtaking list of amenities, Holborn also needed to provide their residents with a world-class level of homeowner care, for which they turned to CONASYS.
