Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- An Alexandria couple will be one of 5 recipients awarded from all over the nation on Saturday, November 2nd, at the annual Family Building Banquet in Washington, DC. The Cade Foundation, a national nonprofit organization that serves the needs of families struggling with infertility, will be hosting the banquet.
Erica and Tommy Walker "are so thankful to Tinina Q. Cade Foundation for extending our hope to build our family! The support of the Cade Foundation acknowledges the emotional and financial hardships that go along with the many paths towards fertility. Furthermore, this grant truly helps our family make one more step closer towards being parents. We are humbled and deeply touched to be grant recipients of the 2014 Tinina Q. Cade Foundation.” Now they will be one of the couples to receive a grant of up to $10,000.
The Cade Foundation was founded in 2005 to offer education and support to infertile families. The organization was named after Dr Tinina Cade, who carried and delivered the founders’ triplets following 5 years of infertility, at 55 years old. To date, the Cade Foundation has hosted hundreds of outreach events throughout the US and provided 42 families with financial support for adoption and fertility around nationwide, and there are currently 33 Cade Foundation children.
