Peters toured NTC’s onsite training facility for a thorough overview of the company’s document processing and compliance procedures.
Faced with financial regulatory reform that was enacted to prevent another economic crash such as that in recent years—which left many financial institutions concerned about negative business impacts—NTC responded to the stricter regulations with revamped training programs designed to reflect the new compliance standards. By way of its regular education and executive approachability, NTC has seen high employee growth, employing approximately 350 Tampa Bay residents. Representative Peters surveyed NTC’s onsite training campus to view and gauge the effectiveness of its training methods in keeping staff current with industry requirements.

Representative Peters was guided through NTC’s training process from start to finish, experiencing what an actual new employee would undergo.
