The Phoenix Business Journal has selected Freedom Financial Network (FFN) one of the Best Places to Work in the Valley area for 2013.

FFN’s office, located in Tempe, employs more than 450 and is FFN’s largest office. The FFN family of companies includes Freedom Debt Relief, ConsolidationPlus and Freedom Tax Relief.

This marks the fifth year in which the company has earned a spot on the “Best Places to Work” list in the Phoenix area.

FFN’s San Mateo, Calif., office has earned designation as one of the best places to work in the San Francisco Bay area for four years. With the 2013 selections, both offices have now earned spots on the respective lists two years in a row.

The Phoenix Business Journal will announce FFN’s specific ranking on the Best Places to Work list at an awards luncheon Dec. 12, and in a special Best Places to Work section in the Dec. 13 edition. The publication determines company rankings on the basis of employee satisfaction survey results, seeking to identify organizations that create “engaged and supportive workforces.”

“We are proud that the Phoenix Business Journal has selected Freedom Financial Network as one of the premier places to work in the Valley,” said Andrew Housser, CEO. "We started our Arizona experiment eight years ago with just two people in a small office in Tempe. The quality of the people we are able to attract here is exceptional, and now with 450 terrific teammates, we plan to keep growing our Tempe office for years ahead.” The listing on the Best Places to Work list speaks to the type of workplace FFN provides, added Housser, and to the commitment the FFN team in Tempe has to its clients.
