Level Two Restaurant at the Oakland Marriott City Center is excited to announce their re-branding and new menu. Please join us for dinner at “Level Two Steaks and Chops” and enjoy our new dinner menu with something for everyone. Formerly serving California cuisine, Level Two has now transformed their dinner menu, specializing in dishes for meat eaters, gluten-sensitive, vegetarians and even vegans. The new menu direction gives Chef Tony Kzaz the opportunity to introduce new dishes, though some classic menu favorites are still available.

Level Two Steaks and Chops is proud to serve Certified Angus Beef brand steaks that have been aged as long as 28 days to increase tenderness and maximize flavor. Diners can select from a variety of cuts including Porterhouse, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, and Rib Eye and each steak is served with the diner’s choice of one sauce and one side. In addition to specialty steaks, Level Two has selected a health-conscious chicken for their menu: Mary’s Free Range Air-Chilled Chicken. These chickens are cooled through a state of the art “Air Chilled” process to avoid submerging the meat in chlorinated water. The pork served at Level Two has been locally sourced from Niman Ranch, located in the San Francisco Bay area. The restaurant’s pasta is also a local product, coming from The Pasta Shop in Berkeley.

While meat may be most prevalent on the new dinner menu, Level Two Steaks and Chops has also committed to catering to specialty diets. The restaurant is excited to announce that it now operates a dedicated gluten free deep fryer. All fried menu items are made with quinoa flour instead of traditional flour, which delights your taste buds with a crisp, nutty flavor. Level Two also lists vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu.

Level Two’s new steakhouse-style dinner menu is sure to please any crowd. With a wide variety of options and quality ingredients, there is something for everyone in the heart of Downtown Oakland.
