Hepatitis C Rates on the Rise in America; polyDNA Recommends Gene-Eden-VIR against the Latent HCV
Rochester, NY (PRWEB) October 25, 2013 -- Diagnosed Hepatitis C infections in the United States are rising across the board, but especially in certain populations. Dr. Todd Frederick said that in the United States, “By conservative estimates, about 3.2 million people are infected with this virus in this country. Most experts believe the number to be closer to 5 million, compared with about 1.15 million with HIV (1).”
Higher risk populations include “Baby Boomers - those born between 1946 and 1964 - are disproportionately affected by this disease. Other groups with a disproportionate burden of disease include African Americans, those undergoing dialysis, hemophiliacs, the homeless, the incarcerated, those who received a blood transfusion before 1992 and those who use drugs (1).”
Rates in other countries are higher. Medscape.com notes in a page last updated on September 18, 2013 that “The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that about 3% of the world’s population has been infected with HCV and that there are more than 170 million chronic carriers who are at risk of developing liver cirrhosis and/or liver cancer (2).”
Hepatitis C is a virus that causes a long-term, latent (silent) infection. It is one of the leading causes of liver cancer in the United States and the No. 1 reason for needing a liver transplant. The good news is that there are now newer treatments and remedies that, when used together have been shown to eliminate the virus. “In May 2011, the Food and Drug Administration approved two oral medications, protease inhibitors, as add-ons to standard therapy, pegylated interferon and ribavirin, for the most common type of hepatitis C. These were the first new drugs approved for treatment of the virus in nearly 10 years (1).”
There is also the natural, HCV remedy, Gene-Eden-VIR. This oral supplement was shown to be safe and effective in a recent post-marketing clinical study. That study was published on August 21, 2013 in the journal Pharmacology & Pharmacy (3). The study reports that the natural product Gene-Eden-VIR safely and effectively decreases symptoms in individuals infected with the Hepatitis C virus (HCV) (3). Specifically, the study authors wrote that “We observed a statistically significant decrease in the severity, duration, and frequency of symptoms (3).”
Mike Evans of polyDNA said, “Gene-Eden-VIR helps the immune system specifically target the latent form of the virus, which is something no other product does. We believe that this is an important time in the development of anti-HCV therapies, and with safe and effective remedies like Gene-Eden-VIR, the light at the end of the tunnel for HCV infected individuals is growing.”

polyDNA is a biotechnology company that develops dietary supplements using the unique scientific method developed by Dr. Hanan Polansky, which is based on Computer Intuition.
In addition to his unique scientific method, Dr. Polansky published the highly acclaimed scientific discovery, called Microcompetition with Foreign DNA. The discovery explains how foreign DNA fragments, and specifically, DNA of latent viruses, cause most major diseases.
polyDNA developed Gene-Eden-VIR, an antiviral natural remedy that helps the immune system kill latent viruses.
