Class Description: Start this challenging Vinyasa flow sitting with an upright spine and an open heart. Practice coming into the moment, letting go of wanting and not wanting, and being with the rise and fall of the breath. Explore hip openers to get warmed up. Flow through a dynamic standing sequence, exploring a side angle and triangle flow, Warrior II and Warrior III, and Dancer's Pose. Finish with several backbends and reclining poses to stretch out the body and get ready for a well-deserved Savasana. (93 mins.)
