Loyal Studios has entered into an agreement with Compralux –the new Luxury home shopping channel for the Hispanic market – to produce all of their broadcast content. Compralux is a new on-air shopping channel targeted to the growing under-served Spanish speaking population. Steven Zale of Compralux noted that, "Loyal Studios was chosen because of the technological advantages the studio has over others we considered." Loyal Studios has invested greatly in high definition virtual stages and backgrounds which create a realistic set such as you would see on Sports Center or CNN. Compralux offers a specially selected group of products such as jewelry, skin care, and other popular catagories—which are carefully selected for this market.
Loyal Studios has developed a complete in-house production factory for Compralux, which takes each show from the creative start through production into finishing and finally uploading the shows to their ultimate destinations. Many think the time has come for this type of channel to emerge, as the fastest growing demographic in the United States gains increasing buying power and influence. Designer jewelry from Swarovski, Rolex watches, and skin care products from Onsen are all featured in Compralux shows. Mexican television host and fashion expert Soraya Menchaca has been cast as the anchor for the show, and will include special guests in her segments.
