Ms. Bender will focus on developing turn-key site development services for Advantage in the Mid-Atlantic and NE regions with an emphasis on site acquisition and staffing services. Tracy’s mission is to provide customers with a seamless experience while driving project success.
Prior to joining Advantage Engineers, Tracy served as Vice President, Professional Services for SCE, Inc, a regional site development and technical services company serving the wireless industry. Within SCE, she was responsible for business development and the day-to-day operations of the company. She provided leadership, direction, and financial management. With a background in site acquisition and real estate, she has managed numerous projects with all of the largest wireless carriers and prime contractors throughout the Eastern United States. She is a highly skilled and competent site development, real estate and sales executive with a seventeen-year background of vision, leadership and strong financial results in the wireless telecommunications industry. Her career focus has always been to provide customers the most cost-effective solutions with the highest-quality speed-to-market services. Tracy is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography.
