Career Partners International, one of the largest global providers of quality talent management solutions, enhanced its proprietary career management portal, adding innovative resources and tools for its users. In conjunction with the rollout of these enhancements, the firm also announced the global portal’s new name, Momentum™!

Momentum™, formally CareerPartner24x7™, is a web-based global platform providing critical career management and advancement resources to recipients of the firm’s talent management services. The updates to the technology bring an abundance of crucial career tools to users’ fingertips, giving them the boost to achieve their goals more quickly.

“The new name exemplifies what our career technology is all about — providing participants of our services with what they need to reach their career goals quickly,” commented Sue Rowley, Global VP of Technology for Career Partners International. “It’s packed with tools and resources to accelerate careers at all stages, and we felt the name should reflect that.”

Career Partners International added upgraded tools that complement its high-quality talent management and outplacement services. Among the enhancements, updated dashboards provide client companies with a simple and efficient means to gather business intelligence; they can easily see how their participants are progressing toward success and track their return on investment. For career transition service participants, resources include personalized job leads, e-learning and access to numerous subscription resources, to name a few of the items.

Momentum™ is currently available in a number of languages including English (US & UK), Spanish, French and Russian with more translations on the horizon to conveniently service clients and participants across the globe.

David P. Hemmer, President and CEO of Career Partners International, shared, “We’re proud to have been the first in our industry to offer a truly global technology platform and, as we grew with new locations around the world, updates to our technology allowed us to meet the diverse needs of our international clients. We’re excited to bring the latest enhancements of Momentum™ to all of our clients and participants.”

The rename and refresh of Momentum™ is only one of the exciting initiatives for Career Partners International this year. This summer the firm added new locations to the organization, expanding its global footprint to include additional locations in the United States, Belgium, Denmark, Israel and Spain. The company expects continued growth into 2014.
