BGW to Host Seminar for Church Leaders in Fort Pierce, FL On November 7th, Focused On Essential Leadership & Facility Changes to Remain Relevant in the 21st Century
Fort Pierce, FL (PRWEB) October 30, 2013 -- Building God's Way (BGW), a nationwide church architect and builder network that provides a broad range of solutions to Christian ministries, will host a free seminar for ministry leaders on Thursday, November 7 at the Meadowood Golf & Tennis Club in Fort Pierce, FL. The event will feature expert speakers in the areas of church design, construction, remodeling, funding, growth, and the latest research and strategies for reaching millennials. Church leaders will learn innovative strategies for remodeling or building facilities that are more culturally relevant and allow for expanded ministry opportunities in their community.
The keynote speaker for the event will be Pastor Ronald Eugene of New Vision Emmanuel Baptist Church in Miami, FL. Pastor Eugene will share his experience in casting the vision to his congregation and encouraging them to step out in faith as they prepare to break ground on a new 24,000 square foot community center in the coming months. New Vision Emmanuel Baptist Church was originally birthed as Emmanuel Youth Ministry in 1992 and served as the English ministry of Haitian Emmanuel Baptist Church. Under Pastor Eugene's leadership, New Vision has since grown to include 14 different ministries with more than 250 members.
Terry Bates, Senior Pastor of OKC Faith Church and author of “Positioning Your Church,” will share proven strategies for creating the momentum necessary to expand ministry, break through growth barriers and successfully raise capital funds in any economic environment. He also served as a trainer for Dr. John Maxwell’s Million Leader Mandate, in which he was personally involved in training over 250,000 church leaders. Other ministries that Terry leads include T. L. Bates Ministries, Impact 5000 and Christian Leadership International. He is the host of the weekly television and radio ministry “Discover Faith” and is a regular host for TBN and a guest of Daystar.
BGW Founder and Architect Dan Cook will will share innovative design strategies to help make churches more relevant and effective in today's culture. He will also discuss a cutting-edge master planning process that not only casts a vision for the future, but leverages land and facilities more effectively to generate revenue and sustain ministry growth. Dan has an extensive background in church and Christian school architecture, construction and development, having worked with ministries of all sizes and denominations across the United States.
BGW Technology consultants will also be available during the seminar to discuss a turn-key solution for high-tech and cost-effective worship technology, including audio, video, lighting and broadcast systems. As part of the Building God's Way Network of Kingdom Building Services, the BGW Tech team has worked with more than 1,100 churches to enhance their stage presentations and live events through the use of cutting-edge technology while delivering significant savings to make it an affordable construction option.
The event is being co-hosted by Walker Design & Construction, BGW's exclusive church builder partner for South Florida. Lee Walker, company president, will join Dan Cook in a round table discussion in the afternoon to answer any questions that church leaders might have about construction, remodeling or upgrading their facilities.
