Effective September 23, 2013 Alli Malliton joined ResMan®, a leader in cloud-based property management software, in the role of Regional Vice President of Sales. Alli has held various property management positions with industry leading management companies, such as Trammel Crow Residential, Riverstone Residential Group and Keller Williams Reality, before moving to the products and services side of the industry. Prior to joining the ResMan team, Alli held the position of Strategic Account Representative with RealPage, Inc. Mrs. Malliton joins an experienced and knowledgeable team focused on providing a superior solution built around the user’s business needs.
Alli's strengths lie in her ability to generate and develop new business leads through existing relationships, prospecting, and participation in industry events and trade shows. In addition, Alli understands the value in account management of existing clients and the need to listen and respond to their needs and wants. Her time spent in apartment management provides her with a working understanding of process and thus the ability to match value ads of the ResMan® solution to the management company’s needs.
