Forum on Organizational Transformation Hosted by Continuous Improvement Network with Sierra College CACT
(PRWEB) October 26, 2013 -- The Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) will host Organizational Transformation Using Continuous Improvement on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 6-9 PM at Orchard Creek Lodge, 965 Orchard Creek Ln., Lincoln CA. The program is being offered in collaboration with Sierra College Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT). Dinner is included in the $55 registration fee and participants can sign up at the CIN Website http://cacinetwork.com/ by Nov. 6.
At the forum, CIN members will present an overview of Continuous Improvement methods and executives will describe how their Sacramento businesses have benefited from using these tools to increase productivity. Participants will engage in active dialogue about their experiences implementing process improvement and make connections with other employers working toward similar goals.
The Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) invites business leaders to join the organization and benefit from expertise of other executives who share experiences and offer facility tours. As the CIN’s training partner, Sierra College CACT provides seminars in lean and other process improvement tools.
