QuickShip™ Warehouse Program Helps Service Centers Keep Customers on the Road
Roseville, MN (PRWEB) October 29, 2013 -- Now with 16 locations, Horton’s QuickShip™ Warehouse Program has become an essential resource for service centers and their customers in the United States and Canada. QuickShip customers are responding with praise for fast delivery, expanded shipping hours and will-call pick-up of in-stock standard products.
“The QuickShip warehouse near us has very good stock availability and is only a short drive from TEC,” says Al Hall from TEC Trucks. “One of our customers needed a part that day. With the QuickShip Warehouse Program, I was able to get it. He was back on the road that evening. The program is easy and convenient, and customers save freight costs. Everyone is happy.”
Last order cutoff time for all QuickShip warehouses is 3:00 pm local time. Customers near a warehouse can pick up orders until 4:30 pm local time.
“Horton’s QuickShip program has been very beneficial to our business. The cost of freight from a closer location and overnight ground shipping helps our customers get back on the road quickly, while saving time and money,” says Robin Chavez of Arkansas Turbo, Inc. “If we do not have a part in stock, most customers can wait until the next morning. Horton has done a great job stocking their warehouses, thus helping our aftermarket sales.”
With the recent additions of warehouses in Raleigh, Boston, Sacramento, Orlando and Winnipeg, the QuickShip Warehouse Program now serves customers from 16 locations throughout the United States and Canada. Other QuickShip warehouse locations include Indianapolis; Atlanta; Dallas; Denver; Seattle; Los Angeles; Des Moines; Phoenix; Harrisburg, Pa.; Calgary, Alberta; and Toronto.
In addition to providing fast delivery and pickup services the QuickShip Warehouse Program offers emergency orders, custom fabrication and delivery services at reasonable expediting prices. Customers with direct-ship programs requesting fast or emergency delivery can get available parts from any QuickShip Warehouse.
