We believe in the power of innovative design to drastically change the landscape for medical devices.

Product Development Technologies (PDT) and its partner company, Telefonix, will be attending the MD&M Minneapolis medical design and manufacturing conference from Monday, Oct 28 to Wednesday, Oct 30. The two will be present at the trade show at booth 959.

"We believe in the power of innovative design and technology to drastically change the landscape for medical devices," said John Jarvela, PDT’s Minnesota Account Manager. "We look forward to this conference each year to connect with other medical device industry leaders to discuss and help chart the course for the future of these devices."

PDT is known as one of the premier product development firms for medical device product development. Since clients rely on the company to deliver innovative, market capturing product solutions, the team stays savvy to the issues and opportunities facing their clients, in part by participating in trade events.

Telefonix is a leading developer of technological solutions in a wide range of industries. Among its many product offerings, the company has numerous patented, retractable cabling solutions for power and data applications. This show marks one of the first events where Telefonix will showcase its new Electrical Cord Reel Product, which is a moisture and spark proof power cord reel designed with safety and refined space in mind. It is the perfect solution for medical environments, where loose electrical cable can be inconvenient or even a hazard. Telefonix also has nearly 25 years of experience in managing supply chains, sourcing, testing, research and manufacturing for regulated industries.

The Medical Design and Manufacturing Conference will take place October 28 through 30, 2013 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Engineers and others responsible for medical product management will gather to address challenges in seeing medical devices through from concept to market. Topics include driving process efficiency, achieving profitability goals and meeting FDA expectations.
