So when you offer them more money to help them reach that goal, sellers wouldn’t have a hard time choosing you as the perfect buyer for their house,” he discussed.
Mr. Otton also explained that buyers get to benefit from this kind of deal through getting more time to make payments to the seller, instead of paying for the whole price of the house at once.
