Jill Slupe, president of sales audit and sales acceleration services provider Verde Martin, announced Verde Martin and South Suburban College have updated workshop times and contact information for the previously scheduled January-through-March sales audit workshop entitled Accelerate Sales. Still to be held in Chicago, Illinois, at South Suburban College’s Business and Career Institute, the five-session workshop dates will remain the same: first class on January 10, 2013 and last class on March 7, 2013. The content of the workshop also will remain the same, and classes will be jointly taught by Slupe and Mary Erlain, Chicago-area lead auditor for Verde Martin.

Content of the workshop includes step-by-step guidance through the sales analysis process, with tools to help organizations analyze tactical efforts, create key performance indicators within a strategic sales plan, and measure results. Business owners and sales and marketing professionals are invited to attend the workshop to gain tools for accelerating sales within their own organizations. Business coaches, accountants and others will learn how to provide the sales audit for their customers. Each attendee will leave the last session as an official Certified Sales Auditor.
“Sales audits are unique and powerful. Any organization that conducts them on a regular basis has an advantage over the competition, not to mention simply gaining the ability to intentionally increase sales,” Slupe said. She explained, class lengths and contact information were changed to make it more likely attendees can fit the workshop into their schedules—and make it easier to sign up.
The Accelerate Sales workshop covers five aspects of sales analysis and sales acceleration: Intro to the Sales Audit Process, Steps of the Sale, Marketing, Talent Management and Systems, and Measuring Results.
