CareerSmart delivers Career Transitions Outplacement programs through a virtual workspace that combines career coaching with cloud technology so transitioning employees can connect to new opportunities quickly and efficiently. The result is a smart mix of people and technology to project-manage rapid employment strategies that benefit the displaced employee and the sponsoring organization.

•Career research – Employees use career research tools to identify organizations that may be hiring, understand industry trends, prepare for interviews, and position themselves to land quickly onto their new path

•Communication – A dashboard style homepage for employees with up-to-date information and communication tools. Employees can easily communicate with their Career Coach.

•Networking and social – Integration with LinkedIn, making social networking quick and simple for employees. Employees can network and manage all their contacts in one secure place

•Reporting – Employer has access to real-time reporting and metrics on employee progress
