SC&H Capital Advises iVantage in Acquisition of Professional Data Services
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- SC&H Capital, an investment banking and advisory firm focused on middle market and growth companies, served as the exclusive financial advisor for the acquisition of Professional Data Services (PDS) by iVantage Health Analytics, Inc.
The addition of PDS represents the continued expansion of the iVantage Health Analytics solution suite into the marketplace. PDS offers managed care analytics, internal/external payment benchmarking solutions to support payor negotiations, and strategic planning/execution services for hospitals.
Originally developed for hospitals at the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), PDS provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based analytic tool developed to help with hospital revenue optimization and benchmarking by using proprietary paid claims data. Hospital associations around the country are adopting this tool to support their association members’ needs for bundled payment contracting.
