Beautifully designed landscaping, including a lake and waterfalls makes an award-winning impression.

First impressions are everything, and the impression made by the Falls at Imperial Oaks entrance has won the community a coveted “Houston’s Best” PRISM award for “Community Entrance of the Year.” Awarded by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) annually, the prize is designed to recognize and support excellence within the Houston home-building industry.

Located north of Houston, Falls at Imperial Oaks, was developed by Holcomb Properties. The community’s main entrance at North Ridge Forest Drive is bordered by lush vegetation, waterfalls and the sparkling Sundance Lake. Lake Club, the Falls award-winning recreational center is also an impressive sight, bordering the lake, near the entrance.

GHBA’s Houston’s Best PRISM awards are given annually to recognize excellence within the Houston home-building industry. The general areas recognized are People, Product and Promotion. The PRISM awards, presented at a black-tie gala each fall, have been held for more than 30 years. Entries are judged by an independent panel of industry experts from across the nation. There are categories for every GHBA member—Associates, Custom Builders, Volume Builders, Remodelers and Developers.
