Falls at Imperial Oaks now has another reason to boast about “Lake Club,” the community’s 4,200 sq. foot recreation center. The community’s “flagship” amenity has won a PRISM award, and the title of “Houston’s Best Community Recreation Center,” in the Developer category, from the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA).
The lakeside clubhouse features a fully-equipped fitness center, children’s playroom, a great room, a full-service kitchen, and large verandah with an outdoor grill, a Junior Olympic swimming pool and children’s water playground. The grounds around the clubhouse include a picnic area, lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and a playground. The Falls Lake Club, a main feature in a community full of outstanding amenities, is also an impressive sight near the developments award-winning entrance.
GHBA’s Houston’s Best PRISM awards are given annually to recognize excellence within the Houston home-building industry. The general areas recognized are People, Product and Promotion. The PRISM awards, presented at a black-tie gala each fall, have been held for more than 30 years. Entries are judged by an independent panel of industry experts from across the nation. There are categories for every GHBA member—Associates, Custom Builders, Volume Builders, Remodelers and Developers.
