Expanding the firm’s current offerings will be family attorney Courtney Glickman, who will head the Estate Planning Division for Alternative Divorce Solutions. Glickman is a member the California State Bar Association Trusts and Estates section. Courtney Glickman graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a BA in Philosophy, after which she attended Whittier Law School. Born into a family of estate planning attorneys, Glickman’s goal is to ease future uncertainties for families in transition and to support families in planning for the unexpected.
Malori Giron is a paralegal and case manager for Alternative Divorce Solutions. After Ms. Giron earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a double major in Sociology from San Diego State University, she attained her Paralegal Certificate, which was approved by the American Bar Association. Finally, Giron, received her credentials as a notary public to ensure that the Alternative Divorce Solutions clients could notarize their divorce decrees at their convenience. Giron handles the procedural aspects of the divorce process, which include document and pleading preparation for court submission, deadline management, and corresponding with clients.
Kelley Thorpe Baker joins the team as the Vice President Business Development & Marketing. A wellness entrepreneur and marketing strategist, Baker was once a client of the firm, and had a chance to experience the process of divorce mediation first hand. As parents of a young son, Baker and her prior husband are passionate advocates of divorce mediation. Baker brings her background as a hospitality executive and marketing director to the firm, and will direct the marketing efforts for Alternative Divorce Solutions as it expands statewide.
