What separates you and your company from other builders?
"I have lived in Arizona for the majority of my life and have seen Arizona's economy change so many times. While there are many other great builders, many in which are friends of mine, I believe Fratantoni Luxury Estates has a characteristic that none of them have. Our company has the unique characteristic of a family core. My wife Josie and two sons, Angelo and Vince, have instilled our family values into our company. Having a family based core and wonderful staff that can relate to our client's family needs is what separates us from other builders. Building homes is something that was instilled in me at a very young age and that I have instilled into my children since they were born. My standards are very high when it comes to the quality of homes that I build. Our clients have high expectations and I like to believe that I have even higher standards! Having built over 300 homes in my career and with 15 homes under construction during 2013 I would like the leave a legacy such as Frank Lloyd Wright did." - Sam Fratantoni
What is your favorite neighborhood to build in?
"That is a tough question.. I have built just about everywhere in Arizona. One neighborhood that I have been very fortunate to build in is Silverleaf located in Scottsdale, Arizona. I am proud to say that I was one of the first builders to build in such a prestigious neighborhood when it all began in late 2000, early 2001. While it is a great feeling to say that I was one of the first builders to help create what Silverleaf is today, I feel an even greater feeling knowing just how fortunate I am to be creating some of the most beautiful homes in several different neighborhoods throughout Arizona today."
