Epom Introduces Roles and Permissions Management

Epom, the international ad serving and ad management solutions provider, has announced the implementation of Roles and Permissions Management with Dynamic Roles in user accounts.

According to the official announcement the new platform feature, already available for all Epom Enterprise clients, allows assigning a range of specific settings and rules for different types of users, not only publishers and advertisers, but also particular actions among the ad network staff, including ad ops, traffic demand managers, etc. Limitations can be applied to any activities and by any account owners’ preferences, including an ability to view, create, update, delete and manage ad campaigns and inventory.

Role and Permission Management comes with four predefined roles for Epom users’ convenience. The Network Admin is an ad network’s administrator who configures permissions and roles system-wide, that is, can create custom roles and preferences for users of any kind. The Network User is a predefined role for users who are involved in an ad network and work with publishers and advertisers. At the same time, the Network Publisher account allows managing permissions for publishers, including ad inventory management, a range of available types of placements and invocation codes, pre-targeting options, etc. The Network Advertiser enables permission management for advertisers, correspondingly: self-serve options, targeting, capping, action tracking, banner types and ad unit management.
