To enable users to very best in browsing experience, the site has an inbuilt categorisation of clinics, including NHS, private and emergency dentists, meaning it’s a quick and simple process to find the best dentists that tick all the right boxes, whether it’s treatments, services or just location. With over 10,000 listings to choose from, Mouth’s intuitive search will bring back a list of all the matching dental clinics within the huge database and rank them according to average user ratings and proximity.
The idea came after Frank was unfortunate enough to have a dental accident during a working lunch. Upon realising his ailment, he struggled to find an emergency dentist in an unfamiliar area where he was having the meeting.
“I go to a local practice once a year and when my tooth broke, I was in a great deal of pain – naturally I wanted to get seen by someone pretty quickly,” said Frank.
That’s where Mouth.org comes in. The site aims to become the new TopTable for dental clinics, giving the clinics the ability to get new clients and qualified leads through their Mouth.org listing and allowing them to further enhance their page with images, direction information and more. Other features already on the site include opening times, staff profiles and a bespoke review system that allows users to voice their opinions on clinics in a well-mannered way. Mouth.org is also teaming up with a various dental clinics to offer unique discounts for on-going dental treatment as well as emergency dentistry.
Mouth.org has been built as search engine on the go, and in particular it works amazingly well on mobile and tablet devices without the need for an app installation or setting changes. Especially for people like Frank who needed a dentist as soon as humanly possible!
The site has been developed and built by the London based online marketing agency Orchid Box over the last 4 months, and is part of the agency’s unique review and lead generation framework that has seen them build a variety of platforms within a broad gamut of sectors including property, lawyer and salon directories.
The site is currently in beta and available only in the UK but founder Frank Vitetta is planning an expansion in the US and Canada in the first quarter of 2014.
