Chiropractic care isn’t just about feeling better, but learning the tools to live better.

November is National Family Caregivers Month. With the winter holidays rapidly approaching, many people look forward to reuniting with friends and loved ones to celebrate the holiday season. This month, Dr. Jacobs, Dr. Gustin, and the staff of SF Custom Chiropractic would like to encourage the Bay Area to enjoy their time with their friends and families and to embrace their family’s health and wellness as the holidays approach.

This month, Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Gustin are giving thanks to their patients and celebrating National Family Caregivers Month by extending complimentary chiropractic care and services to friends and families of current patients with hopes of spreading gratitude and health throughout the community. Friends and family members of existing patients can receive a free wellness evaluation and chiropractic treatment throughout the month of November.

With the stress of preparing for holiday celebrations and everyday life, it is easy for small pains to accumulate and build over time. Those pains that are relegated to the “wear and tear” of life can quickly become acute and chronic. A vital part of taking care of one’s overall health is not only treating the pain, but addressing the source of it as well. Chiropractic care is a special kind of hands on, holistic health care that focuses not only on treating pain that arises from musculoskeletal misalignment and asymmetries, but also on preventing the causes of those pains as well.

“My goal is to not only provide chiropractic treatment to help alleviate pain, but to also to teach patients the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle with stretches, exercises, and proper ergonomics," says Dr. Jacobs, owner and head treating doctor of SF Custom Chiropractic’s Financial District location.

Dr. Gustin, head treating doctor at the Mission/Bernal Heights location, echoes this sentiment. “Chiropractic care isn’t just about feeling better, but learning the tools to live better. Maximizing your ability to move by taking care of your muscles and joints will increase your overall quality of life, no matter your age or occupation.”

Friends and family members of existing patients of SF Custom Chiropractic can call the office at (415) 788-8700 to schedule a complimentary wellness evaluation and chiropractic treatment throughout November. Referral sources must be provided and verified.
