  • The Institute curriculum includes a 200-hour yoga teacher training that can be taken in a single 4-week period, or in two 2-week segments, to qualify for Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) level certification.
  • By popular demand, the Institute also launched a new optional Fast Track initiative to accommodate students who wish to attain their RYT-500 on an accelerated schedule, while saving money on travel expenses:

     o    500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (13 weeks: January 12 – April 12, 2014)
     o    300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training for those who already have their RYT-200 (8 weeks: February 16 - April 12, 2014)

  • Rounding out its program tracks is the unique 1,000-hour Nosara Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist certification track for those seeking to take their yoga practice to the highest level.
