We’re proud that Queens has been ABCO’s home base for over seven decades. ABCO has chosen Terrace on The Park for years not only because it’s a great facility, but also as an expression of our commitment to the borough and its economy.

ABCO HVACR Supply + Solutions will present the 33rd annual ABCO EXPO, the nation’s premier HVAC and Refrigeration trade show, at Terrace on the Park in Flushing, New York, on Wednesday, November 6. This year’s event—which regularly attracts hundreds of vendors and thousands of contractors—highlights ABCO’s role as a prime mover of industry in the Northeast, and especially in Queens.

“Queens is our neighborhood,” said ABCO Chief Marketing Officer, Bob Cesiro. “We’re proud that it’s been ABCO’s home base for over seven decades. ABCO has chosen Terrace on The Park for years not only because it’s a great facility, but also as an expression of our commitment to the borough and its economy.” This year’s show, the biggest ever, reflects ABCO’s continuing support of local businesses. ABCO employs over 300 people in its Long Island City headquarters and plays a significant role in area businesses—the food industry, supermarkets, and the borough’s many local HVACR contractors. “New HVACR technologies such as Mitsubishi’s ductless systems are bringing unheard of new levels of efficiency to heating and refrigeration,” explained Cesiro. “Those efficiencies have a real-world bottom line effect on businesses in Queens.” But ABCO’s community support is not just about money. “We’re also big promoter of Luxaire’s Make A Wish program which is now in its twelfth year granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.” Make A Wish has now raised more than $2.6 million for the communities it serves—including Queens.

ABCO EXPO is the go-to show for major manufacturers, contractors, builders and architects. The show is open to the public including students. ABCO is dedicated to sharing knowledge, information and experience in the community. Admission is free of charge. Applications Engineers, Sales Consultants and specialists from all of ABCO’s locations throughout the Northeast will be on hand to help everyone stay on top of this fast evolving industry.

ABCO HVACR Supply + Solutions was founded in 1949 as a repair company servicing refrigeration firms door-to-door from the trunk of a car. Since then, under the leadership of CEO Michael Senter, ABCO has grown into the nation’s largest independent HVACR resource with 17 branch locations throughout the Northeast. ABCO EXPO exemplifies the company’s ongoing commitment to sharing knowledge.
