“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy” - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) October 31, 2013

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy”, once stated Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

According to the advocacy group A Just Cause (AJC), after months of conducting interviews on various radio shows across the country, AJC was invited to launch its own radio show called “A Just Cause (AJC) Coast to Coast” on two separate internet radio networks; Conservative Nation Media.com and Contending For Truth Radio. http://www.blogtalkradio.com

“A Just Cause will use the platform of AJC Coast to Coast Radio to shine light on judicial injustice that is seemingly out of control in the United States judicial system”, says Sam Thurman, A Just Cause. “AJC Coast to Coast Radio Show is designed to captivate the American people by dissecting the United States judicial system, and exposing the hard truths”, adds Thurman.

Sam Thurman, Cliff Stewart, and Ethel Lopez from the advocacy group, A Just Cause, host this amazing show which airs LIVE every Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on Blog Talk Radio.

“AJC Coast to Coast Radio encompasses the mission of A Just Cause striving to fight against over-criminalization of trivial/obscure acts and seeking true balance and accountability in the judicial process”, asserts Cliff Stewart, AJC Radio co-host.

“A Just Cause was established as a result of the IRP6 case which involved the prosecution and conviction of six Colorado businessmen”, recalls Thurman. “We believe that these men were wrongly convicted, therefore the IRP6 case will serve as a case study for many of the discussions that will occur on AJC Coast to Coast Radio”, states Thurman.

The IRP6 case concerns IRP Solutions Corporation, a Colorado-based company that developed criminal investigations software for federal, state and local law enforcement. The case of the IRP6 (Kendrick Barnes, Gary L. Walker, Demetrius K. Harper, Clinton A. Stewart, David A. Zirpolo and David A. Banks) is currently under appeal in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. The men represented themselves pro se at trial. They were convicted in 2011 after being accused of mail and wire fraud. The IRP6 have been incarcerated at the Federal Prison Camp in Florence, Colorado since the summer of 2012. The IRP6 continue to maintain their innocence. (D. Ct. No. 1:09-CR-00266-CMA)

AJC Coast to Coast Radio seeks to provide education, awareness, and information about alleged wrongful convictions, judicial misconduct, and mass incarceration across the United States. Sam Thurman, Cliff Stewart, and Ethel Lopez provide emotional as well as entertaining dialog on issues that may be considered controversial by some, but raw truth by others. AJC Radio promises to deliver open discussions about prosecutorial and judicial abuse in the United States, with an objective of making the show unique, cutting edge, and intriguing to all listeners.

Jay Arrington of the Maryland Daily Examiner commended AJC Radio hosts for addressing judicial injustice publicly and “keeping it real!”

Ethel Lopez, with A Just Cause, is known for not biting her tongue and “keeping it real” about alleged corruption that gets reported in the news about the United States judicial system. Listeners will hear shocking stories of alleged misconduct in the judicial system and become aware of various areas of concern surrounding wrongful actions of prosecutors and federal court judges.

“Presenting jaw-dropping facts and candid discussions of judicial misconduct is just the tip of the iceberg on AJC Coast to Coast Radio”, says Lopez. “We believe that this show is building a trademark with listeners across the country by digging into cases of the wrongly convicted as well as sharing stories of exonerated individuals”, shares Lopez.

In recent shows, AJC Coast to Coast Radio included an Exoneree Moment where the show highlighted profiles of Exonerees Herman Wallace (of the Angola 3), Anthony Graves (Texas Death Row Exoneree), and Lamont Banks (Colorado Exoneree).

“Accountability is crucial in reformation efforts”, asserts Thurman. “A Just Cause was formed to fight abuse and misuse of power within the justice system and we want to bring attention to the causes of injustice and push for change”, states Thurman.

Exoneree Lamont Banks stated, “When does America cry out and say it is enough… America has a sick disease of putting people in prison… There’s nothing worse than to take a man’s liberty, and somebody must be held accountable.”
