New Training Online to Prepare for Your Motorcycle Theory Test Launches 4th November
London, England (PRWEB UK) 4 November 2013 -- Trainee motorcyclists can now prepare for the government's Motorcycle Theory Test free of charge by practising online, on a smart phone or an iPad - with a specially developed app.
The new service, which is available at http://www.motorcycletheorytest.com, has been developed by Motorcycle Hire & Sales.
Its purpose is to enable aspiring bikers to take mock tests based on the official Motorcycle Theory Test, and then review their answers so they can keep practising if they feel they need it.
The fully functional site also includes numerous action videos showing actual scenarios that the riders may encounter when they are out on the open road. These videos have also been designed to help the novices to properly prepare for the theory test.
The service has been developed to help anyone who aims to ride a motorcycle. In order to do this they have to pass the Test before they can even book the Motorcycle Practical Test.
The theory test includes both a multiple-choice section and a hazard perception part. Both parts have to be passed to complete the overall theory test successfully.
If anyone passes just one part and fails the other they will be deemed to have failed the test as a whole, and will need to sit both sections again, so the more preparation the better.
The multiple-choice test questions are set specifically for motorcyclists and many won’t appear in any of the other tests for car drivers etc. so specific training is a must.
For the hazard perception test there are no separate versions for different vehicles, but the pass mark is different for each type of vehicle.
It is to assist novice riders to learn all aspects of the motorcycle test that http://www.motorcycletheorytest.com has already been broken into specific categories covering Alertness, Attitude, Documents, Hazard Awareness, Incidents, Motorcycle Handling and Motorcycle Loading.
Additional categories are currently being developed and will be added to the site as soon as possible. These include: Motorway Rules, Other Types of Vehicle, Road Traffic Signs, Rules of The Road, Safety and Your Motorcycle, Safety Margins, and Vulnerable Road Users.
